British supplement giant Holland & Barrett has landed in Hong Kong, launching exclusively through Mannings, the city's biggest health and beauty chain. To mark the rollout, the brand is staging a three-day pop-up styled as a classic British railway station — the H&B Wellness Station — at the L3 Atrium of Metroplaza in Kwai Fong from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2026.

Actress Jessica Hsuan, who studied in the UK, is fronting the event as "Wellness Express Captain". She appears on opening day to share her own health routine, and her voice anchors the theme: recorded station announcements guide visitors through the space as if they've boarded a wellness train. Inside, dedicated zones focus on immunity support, gut health and daily vitamins.

There are freebies if you play along. Game one has visitors follow Holland & Barrett HK on social media and complete a motion-sensing "Immunity Defense Challenge" for a complimentary pack of H&B Effervescent Vitamin C 1000mg + Zinc (orange, 20 tablets, worth HK$49) — limited stock, first come first served. Game two sends you to a photo zone after following the account and commenting on a designated post; your picture gets printed on the spot as the front page of a vintage-style "H&B Wellness Daily" newspaper, plus a limited-edition cotton tote.

Bigger spenders get a sweeter deal: buy HK$588 or more of Holland & Barrett products in a single transaction at designated Mannings stores during the event and present the same-day printed receipt at the redemption counter, and you'll receive H&B Manuka Honey MGO 70+ Squeezy 350g, valued at HK$299, while stocks last.

Practical timings: the pop-up runs 3:30pm to 9:00pm on Friday 6 November, and 10:00am to 9:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. The honey redemption counter operates daily 10:00am to 10:00pm across the whole event.

Why care? Holland & Barrett has been in the vitamins game for over 155 years and claims the top spot in UK physical retail for vitamins and supplements, so its arrival gives Hong Kong shoppers — and visitors stocking up on health products — a new mainstream option beyond specialist stores. Mannings, with more than 300 stores across Hong Kong and Macau and over 60 in-store pharmacies, is rolling the range out widely, making it easy to find after the pop-up ends. If you're in town in early November and passing through Kwai Fong, the station-themed event is a free, family-friendly way to pick up vitamin samples, a personalised keepsake and potentially a jar of Manuka honey.
