Alaska Airlines has launched its November edition of Atmos Members Day, and this round comes with a movie twist: nine Global Getaways with discounts of up to 50% on award tickets, all tied to destinations that have appeared on screen. The catch is timing — you have to book by Friday, November 7, for travel between January 15 and May 12, 2027. Hawai'i runs on its own schedule, with a travel window of December 1, 2026 through March 10, 2027. One important limit: the discount applies to economy awards only.
The stand-out deal is Hawai'i. One-way economy awards to Honolulu, Kahului, Kona and Līhuʻe start at just 11,500 points. That covers all four major islands, and the travel window lines up neatly with peak winter-escape season. Given that these islands have doubled for everything from Jurassic Park to Lost and 50 First Dates, the cinematic angle is barely a stretch.
Venice is next best at 25,000 points one way, a city that has hosted Casino Royale and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. At 30,000 points one way each, you'll find Amman, Catania, Mumbai and Singapore. Amman appeared in The Hurt Locker, and the rest of Jordan has stood in for Dune, The Martian and Rogue One; in the capital itself you can explore the Citadel and a second-century Roman theatre. Catania sits in the shadow of Mount Etna and has Godfather connections, with black-lava-stone Baroque architecture and buzzing fish markets. Mumbai and Singapore round out the list at the same 30,000-point floor.
If you're short on points, Atmos is running a promotion with up to a 110% bonus on purchased points. Buying points only makes sense when an award like these is actually bookable at a good rate, so compare the total cost against a cash fare before committing. There are also two extras this month: a promo code (ATMO, valid by November 6) for discounts on the 2026/27 Ikon Pass plus 5,000 bonus points, and the option to redeem 65,000 points for an Ikon Pass through Atmos Rewards Unlocked. A new Atmos Communities feature lets you earn bonus and status points by travelling to select destinations.
Why it matters: award sales like this are rare for long-haul Global Getaways, and 11,500 points to Hawai'i in the middle of winter is genuinely cheap. The booking window closes November 7, so check award space for your dates this week rather than waiting.
