Edmonton's Rogers Place is getting a Disney takeover this November. Disney On Ice presents Jump In! runs from Friday, Nov. 20 to Sunday, Nov. 22, 2026, with six shows across the weekend and more than 50 Disney characters on the ice.
The hook for this production is a first: it marks the debut of characters from Moana 2 and Inside Out 2 in any Disney On Ice show. They join the classics — Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, the Disney princesses and plenty of other familiar faces. The show leans on world-class figure skating and aerial acrobatics, so it's as much a stunt spectacle as a singalong.
Audience participation is baked in. The Magical MousePad lets crowds interact with the story from their seats, and there are set-piece moments where kids can dance the "Hoedown Throwdown" with Woody, Jessie and Buzz Lightyear, or help Officer Judy Hopps track down Nick Wilde as he hides around Zootopia.
Showtimes are 7 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday. As of Sept. 27, the cheapest tickets on Ticketmaster started at $40.65, though prices move depending on the seat and showtime. For families wanting to go bigger, there's a Magical Pass — around $150 depending on date and seat — which bundles premium seats, a character greeting before curtain-up, and a collectible lanyard. Passes are limited, so early birds win here.
Rogers Place sits at 10220 104th Ave. NW in downtown Edmonton, right on the LRT line and surrounded by restaurants and hotels, so it's easy to build a weekend around it. Pair a Saturday matinee with a visit to the Royal Alberta Museum or the Winter Garden at the Muttart Conservatory and you've got a solid family trip to Alberta's capital without much planning stress.
Worth a look for any Disney-obsessed household — or anyone who wants an excuse for a late-November city break with a guaranteed crowd-pleaser at the centre of it.
