Adults-only holidays usually start at the resort door or the gangway. A new package from JetBlue Vacations and Virgin Voyages pushes that starting point all the way back to the departure gate at JFK.

The one-off getaway, called "Do Not Disturb," pairs round-trip adults-only flights from New York with a four-night sailing on Virgin's newest ship, Brilliant Lady. Everyone booked on the package must be at least 18 — extending Virgin's well-known no-kids policy to the flights and ground transfers, not just the ship itself.

Bookings open Oct. 21 for a departure from Miami on March 4, returning March 8, 2027. The itinerary is short and sweet: a port call in Key West plus a beach day at Virgin's Beach Club at Bimini in The Bahamas, where a new Caribbean-focused menu — think roti and snapper patties — is rolling out ahead of this sailing.

The logistics are handled in one booking. You fly from JFK to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, then private transportation (luggage handling included) takes you to PortMiami, with round-trip transfers at both ends. That Fort Lauderdale-to-Miami link is a genuinely useful detail, since arranging it yourself is exactly the kind of hassle most cruise passengers dread.

The perks stack up from the moment you board the plane. Virgin sends off the flight with a toast, and a limited number of guests get first-come, first-served access to JetBlue's BlueHouse lounge in New York — a bonus, not a guarantee. On the ship side, package guests get priority boarding through Virgin's RockStar entrance and lounge access (boarding perks, not a suite upgrade), a private welcome party with a signature Do Not Disturb cocktail, a $100 Bar Tab per cabin and in-cabin surprises. Ten travellers will also snag an extra $50 onboard credit.

Brilliant Lady herself is a big part of the draw: more than 20 eateries, a full entertainment programme and the line's fleetwide adults-only atmosphere. With two ports and four nights, the trip works for people who can't stretch to a full week but want some time ashore — Key West and Bimini — alongside days spent on decks and in restaurants.

Loyalty travellers are covered too: the package earns TrueBlue points and tiles toward Mosaic status, plus eligible rewards through Virgin's Sailing Club.

Who's this for? Couples and friend groups who specifically want a child-free trip from door to door, New Yorkers after a quick warm-weather escape, and anyone curious about Virgin Voyages who'd like the whole journey — not just the cruise — to match the vibe. If that sounds like you, mark Oct. 21 in your calendar; with lounge access capped and only ten bonus credits going, the limited inventory is likely to move quickly.
