The Backstreet Boys are coming back to Canada, and in a big way. The band has announced 'Into the Millennium – Homecoming: Live in Canada', a four-night run at Toronto's Rogers Centre on February 12, 13, 19 and 20, 2027 — and it's the only North American stadium stop on their current tour.
If you grew up in the '90s, the setlist writes itself: 'I Want It That Way' and 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)' lead the Millennium album material, with deeper cuts like 'It's Gotta Be You' and 'The Perfect Fan' promised for the die-hards. Nick, Brian, AJ, Kevin and Howie will perform all four shows.
Toronto hasn't hosted the band since 2022, when they played two nights at Budweiser Stage on the DNA World Tour — so this is a step up in scale and a longer stay. The band has history with Canada, too. It was one of the first countries to embrace them on the way to global fame, and Brian Littrell called the return 'incredibly special', framing it as a chance to celebrate the memories fans and the band have made together. Live Nation Canada and Rogers are billing the residency as a once-in-a-lifetime experience, with the promoters noting few acts have a fan connection in Canada as enduring as this one.
Tickets are worth setting an alarm for. Rogers customers get exclusive presale access from October 5, with general public sales opening October 9. Given it's the lone North American stadium stop, expect demand from well beyond Ontario — fans from across Canada and the US are likely to make the trip, and a February Toronto visit pairs nicely with some of the city's winter attractions if you're turning it into a longer stay.
Whether you're a lapsed '90s kid reliving the CD era or introducing a younger generation to the harmonies of Millennium, four nights at a retractable-roof stadium in the middle of winter should make for a properly nostalgic weekend in Toronto.
