Bilt is rolling out its November Rent Day offers, and the headline perk for travellers is a hotel discount worth up to $150 — stackable with the monthly Bilt Cash hotel credit, potentially taking $250 off a single stay for top-tier members.

The hotel deal opens for bookings on October 28 at 9 a.m. Eastern and runs until November 2 at 3 a.m. Eastern. Each member sees three spending thresholds in their account, unlocking $50, $100 or $150 off one booking through the Bilt Travel Portal — though the spend required differs by member, and taxes and fees count toward it. There are no blackout dates or minimum-stay rules from the promotion itself, and you can combine the discount with Bilt Points or Bilt Cash (but not Bilt card hotel credits). One catch worth weighing: booking through the portal usually means forfeiting hotel loyalty points, elite night credit and guaranteed status perks, so run the numbers against a direct booking if you're chasing status.

The Bilt Cash stacking is where it gets interesting. Blue and Silver members can put up to $50 a month in Bilt Cash toward a two-night-plus hotel booking; Gold and Platinum can use $100. A Gold or Platinum member who hits their top spending tier with Bilt Cash available could shave as much as $250 off. If you cancel a promotional booking while the offer is live, you can rebook and reuse it.

On the points side, November 1 brings a gift card redemption bonus across all 125-plus brands. The bonus scales with status — 25% for Blue up to 100% for Platinum — but gift cards start at roughly 0.7 cents per point, so even a doubled redemption only reaches about 1.4 cents for Platinum. Since the travel portal pays 1.25 cents flat, only Platinum members genuinely come out ahead, and that margin evaporates if you can buy the same gift card discounted elsewhere. For most people, transferring points to travel partners remains the smarter play — Bilt recently ran an Amtrak transfer bonus worth around 2.67 cents per point for Platinum members.

There's more to the month. Jennifer Lopez is the Rent Free collaborator, with members able to win free rent based on her game performance, plus an exclusive cherry-red vinyl of LOVE?. Bookings for the neighbourhood experiences open October 29 at 11:50 a.m. Eastern for Gold and Platinum, noon for everyone else: meals at 45 restaurants across ten US cities (mostly $35–$78), comedy at 19 venues, a 40-seat magic night at American Cut Tribeca, free SoulCycle and Barry's classes, and a Diwali dinner at Bungalow. A smart tactic for these: apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash and pay the small remainder in cash rather than burning points at a mediocre rate.

Finally, Bilt cards earn double points on November 1 (capped at 1,000 bonus points), and anyone near the company's New York headquarters can grab complimentary shawarma or falafel from Mēdüzā Mediterrania on the day.

If you have a hotel stay coming up anyway, this is an easy discount — just check your personal thresholds in the app before the window closes.
