A new live entertainment brand is launching in New York just in time for Halloween. CSTS Enterprises, a New York-based group working across sports, entertainment, media and travel tech, has unveiled PremierX — its flagship live events property — with a Halloween Weekend show called 'After Dark' at The Rooftop at Pier 17 on 30 October 2026.

The lineup leans heavily on hip-hop and electronic music: Lil Xan, Armani White, DJ Soda and Nate Wyatt are all on the bill, with organisers teasing surprise A-list headliners. The venue does a lot of the heavy lifting too. The Rooftop at Pier 17 sits on the waterfront in the Seaport district, with the Manhattan skyline as a backdrop, and the show doubles as the closing act of the Seaport's 2026 summer season.

PremierX isn't coming out of nowhere. CSTS ran an After Party for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final in New York back in July, and the company says the Halloween event is the official debut of the brand it describes as sitting at the intersection of music, sport, art and lifestyle. The stated ambition is crossover appeal — connecting artists and audiences between East and West.

There's also a longer-term deal here. The launch begins a partnership with Pier 17, giving PremierX a regular stage in New York as it plans expansions across North America, Asia and Europe. CSTS executives frame it as a move from running sports and hospitality platforms to creating its own entertainment experiences, with future editions planned as recurring flagship events in major entertainment hubs.

For the company, the timing tracks with a live entertainment market projected to grow from roughly US$203 billion in 2025 to US$270 billion by 2030. For travellers, the practical takeaway is simpler: Pier 17 keeps adding big-name programming, and its rooftop concerts are now one of the more atmospheric ways to see live music in Lower Manhattan — open air, skyline views, and a short walk from the subway at Fulton Street.

If you're in New York over Halloween weekend 2026 and want a festival-grade night out rather than a costume bar crawl, tickets for 'After Dark' are available through AXS. And keep an eye on the PremierX name — if the international rollout goes as planned, similar events could pop up in Asia and Europe in the next few years.
