Palm Jumeirah's St. Regis Dubai is back. The luxury hotel closed its doors in April 2026 for a full refurbishment and will welcome guests again on Sunday, November 1.
The biggest visual change is at the St. Regis Bar, which has been redesigned around the brand's New York origins — think Manhattan-inspired photography and a cocktail list mixing signature drinks with new creations. Live piano sets will run four evenings a week.
The hotel's dining line-up returns in full. Cordelia covers all-day dining, RÜYA brings Turkish flavours back to the menu, and KYMA Beach Club reopens for guests who want sand and sea with their lunch. Good news for food-focused travellers: the rooftop St. Regis Gardens never closed at all. Its headline restaurants — Trèsind Studio, HANU and Three Cuts — kept serving throughout the renovation, so there's been a reason to visit even during the closure.
Wellness gets its own refresh too. The St. Regis Spa reopens with personalised treatments and tailored programmes. And the brand's calling card remains: a 24-hour butler service for rooms and suites, covering everything from pressing clothes to packing help.
Rates start from Dhs970 per night for one guest, booked via Marriott Bonvoy. Location-wise, the hotel sits opposite Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah, with the Palm Monorail close by — handy if you want to explore the island without relying on taxis.
For anyone eyeing a Dubai winter break, the timing works well. A November 1 reopening lands right as the emirate's peak season begins, when temperatures drop to genuinely pleasant levels and the beach-club scene hits its stride. If you've stayed at this property before, expect the same familiar favourites — the restaurants, spa and butler service — wrapped in refreshed interiors. And if you've never been, the rooftop dining alone is a reason to book: Trèsind Studio in particular is one of Dubai's most talked-about tables.
