Hyatt is about to make the all-inclusive holiday feel a lot more luxurious. Between late 2026 and 2027, the hotel group is rolling out a fresh wave of resorts across the Dominican Republic and Mexico — and for the first time, its flagship Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands are entering the all-inclusive game.
The headline opening for beach lovers is Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana, an adults-only resort aiming for March 2027 on Playa Macao, the windswept Atlantic beach north of Punta Cana's usual resort strip known for its surf scene. The property will have 406 suites — including 111 swim-out rooms — three pools, a beachfront infinity pool, and dining ranging from Italian and Asian restaurants to a Dominican chocolatería and a hidden speakeasy. It will sit alongside the existing Dreams Macao Beach, giving Hyatt a two-resort footprint in the same spot.
A quieter option arrives the same month in Cap Cana: Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana, opening March 1, 2027. This all-suite resort overlooks the Cap Cana Marina, with four restaurants, two pools, direct beach access and a hydrotherapy spa — a wellness-focused take on the format, with the marina's bars and restaurants a short stroll away.
Mexico gets the bigger news. Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, the brand's first-ever all-inclusive, is planned for a secluded stretch of coast between Cancun and Puerto Morelos inside the private AMAI enclave. Timelines have shifted — earlier guidance said February 15, 2027, while Hyatt's latest corporate messaging points to the end of 2026 — so it's worth confirming dates before booking. Meanwhile, Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort in Puerto Cancun is advertising a December 10, 2026 debut with private-pool suites and a wellness spa, and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa is targeting December 2026 on the Pacific coast as part of the OLEADA golf community.
There's more beyond the new builds. Impression Isla Mujeres joins The Unbound Collection by Hyatt on November 2, keeping its adults-only, all-inclusive setup and butler service under a collection of one-of-a-kind hotels. And the expansion is already live: Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana opened in late August with 467 rooms, joining recent arrivals like Secrets St. Lucia and Secrets Baby Beach Aruba. A 650-room family-oriented Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana with a water park is pencilled in for 2029.
Why does this matter if you're planning a beach holiday? Because the all-inclusive category is splitting into genuinely different styles. Want a social, swim-out-suite party atmosphere? Secrets Macao. A calm wellness escape by a marina? Zoëtry Cap Cana. Residential-style luxury with serious food? Park Hyatt Riviera Maya. Hyatt's Inclusive Collection already spans more than 150 resorts and nearly 58,000 rooms, and the new openings mean you can now match a brand — and a vibe — to the trip you actually want, often with World of Hyatt points in play.
If a late-2026 or 2027 Caribbean or Mexico escape is on your radar, it may be worth waiting a few months to see the first reviews before locking in an opening-season booking.
