Galaxy Macau has launched the Galaxy Resort App, a digital companion that pulls the integrated resort's hotels, restaurants, shows and shops into a single platform. Sitting alongside it is Galaxy Rewards, a membership programme that lets guests earn and unlock perks as they spend, with benefits that get more personalised over time.

The app covers the whole visit cycle: book a room, reserve a table, grab show tickets and store vouchers in a built-in digital wallet. Membership is free and straightforward — sign up in the app with a mobile number. New members get three dining vouchers worth up to MOP1,000 each, and anyone who books accommodation through Galaxy Macau's official channels and enrols at check-in receives 50 bonus Resort Points.

The food angle is where this gets interesting for travellers. Galaxy Macau claims more than 120 dining venues and holds 12 Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star awards — the resort says that's the highest tally of any resort worldwide. Add in Michelin-starred names like 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA and Cantonese favourite House of Origin, and dining is clearly the main event here.

The resort has also teamed up with Tencent Video's cooking competition Chef of China – Season 2, with chefs Menex Cheung and Antonio Gu touring the property's kitchens, a nod to Macau's status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
