Regent Hong Kong has added a new string to its bow: The Terrace, a semi-indoor, semi-outdoor event space overlooking Victoria Harbour, now open for bookings at the hotel's Salisbury Road address in Tsim Sha Tsui.
The numbers first. The venue covers roughly 290 square metres (about 3,122 square feet) and can host up to 250 guests for cocktail receptions or 108 for seated banquets. That flexibility is the point: the space blends covered and open-air zones, so a gathering can start in daylight with the water sparkling and slide into an evening of city lights without anyone moving rooms.
Design-wise, it leans into what the hotel calls the "Beauty of Contrast" — clean contemporary lines paired with a warm, understated atmosphere. Sightlines are deliberately arranged so the harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline sit at the centre of the room rather than off to one side. The hotel positions it for weddings, milestone celebrations and private dinners on one hand, and product launches, VIP receptions and brand activations on the other.
Couples get bespoke layouts, floral design and menus built around their own story, with the hotel's dedicated "Wedding Artists" and culinary team handling the details. Corporate hosts get a prestige setting with an ever-changing panorama that does a lot of the atmosphere work for free.
Location is a genuine selling point. The Regent sits next to K11 MUSEA on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, steps from the Avenue of Stars and within easy reach of the city's business and entertainment districts — handy for international guests flying in and locals alike. The Terrace joins the hotel's existing event portfolio, which includes the pillarless Regent Ballroom and a set of harbour-view function rooms.
