Flying from Singapore to Seoul or Sapporo in December and forgot to pack for the cold? UGG has quietly solved that. The brand has opened its first-ever Southeast Asian pop-up at Jewel Changi Airport, running around five months from 1 November 2026. It sits on Level 1 of Jewel, a short walk from the terminals - easy to slot in before check-in.

The space itself is compact at roughly 39.5sqm, styled in UGG's usual earthy look with curved wooden shelves, soft textures and greenery. It's an open setup, so trying on a pair or two won't eat into your boarding time. The brand also says new seasonal styles will keep arriving during the run, so a second visit may pay off.

For first-timers, the heritage line-up covers the essentials: the Tasman II slip-on at $189.90 (in Chestnut and Moonlight for women, Chestnut and Black for men), the platform Disquette at $189.90, the lightweight Tazz II at $199.90, the slipper-like Classic Micro at $199.90, and the Classic Mini II and Classic Ultra Mini at $229.90 each. Most soles use a sugarcane-based EVA foam, which trims the petroleum content - a small plus if you care about that sort of thing.

The Fall/Winter 2026 arrivals lean playful. Standouts include the Classic Mini Heritage ($289.90), which comes with a removable mini sheepskin boot charm; the Ultra Mini Bailey Bow II with a satin back bow ($249.90, with taller versions up to $329.90); the ankle-wrapping Classic Mini Enwrap ($289.90); and the Tazelle ($229.90), a plush slipper on a 1.75-inch platform that comes in a mustard shade if you're tired of brown.

Men get more than house slippers too. The Tasman Flex ($259.90) is an all-weather suede shoe with a grippy sole, while the Outpost line - the Tasman Outpost ($289.90) and Classic Mini Outpost ($299.90) - brings waterproof suede and serious traction. That matters if your trip involves actual snow or slush: regular suede UGGs will suffer, so the waterproof Outpost models are the practical pick.

Tying it to the season, UGG's year-end Gift the Feeling campaign spotlights the Classic Mini II and Classic Mini Outpost, plus taller silhouettes like the Apres City Tall Boot and a Classic Ultra Tall that runs four inches higher than standard. Matching pairs for couples are part of the pitch heading into Christmas.

Why care? For one, it's notable that Singapore beat bigger regional markets to UGG's first pop-up in Southeast Asia. More usefully, it means you can try before you buy rather than guessing your size online - and walk out with proper winter footwear minutes from your gate. Jewel itself is worth the trip anyway, with plenty to fill an hour before a flight. The pop-up is at unit CL-L1-E, Level 1, Jewel Changi Airport, 78 Airport Boulevard.
