A drink that launched only last month has become the flavour everyone in Dubai wants to try. Baileys Dubai Chocolate Flavour — a UAE-exclusive sold through African + Eastern — has taken off on social media, and now the brand is bringing it directly to the crowds with a pop-up Baileys Dubai Chocolate Treat Bar at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre's outdoor festival line-up this month.
The Treat Bar has already made the rounds. Over one recent weekend it served guests in the thousands at Summer in Nashville, the country music and food celebration, and at Woofstock, Dubai's popular dog-friendly festival. If you missed those, there are two more chances — and they happen to be a solid weekend plan.
First up is Slice DXB, a full weekend dedicated to pizza, running 1pm to 10pm on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre. Tickets start from Dhs50. Then on Sunday 8 November, In The Park takes over with a music line-up including Tinie Tempah, Ella Eyre and Sigma, with tickets from Dhs150.
At both events, the Treat Bar will serve a series of creamy, chocolate-forward cocktails you can't get anywhere else at the festivals — so even if you've spotted the bottle all over your feed, the festival serves are a one-off way to try it. And if the pop-up conversions leave you wanting your own bottle, the limited edition flavour is priced at Dhs99, available online and in African + Eastern stores across the UAE.
For travellers, this is a nicely timed excuse to visit Dubai in November, when the weather finally cools enough for alfresco events. Media City Amphitheatre sits near Dubai Internet City metro station, so pairing a pizza crawl with a live music Sunday is an easy, walkable-adjacent weekend. Even if festivals aren't your thing, the drink itself is a short taxi ride away at any African + Eastern — worth knowing if you want to taste the viral flavour without buying a ticket. One note: this is a sponsored activation, so expect the brand to be everywhere on site, and the limited-edition bottle may not stick around long once the festival season wraps.
