Hyatt's lifestyle brand, Hyatt Centric, has rolled out a batch of seasonal offers across five very different corners of the map — and most of them hinge on booking in the next few weeks. All deals require World of Hyatt membership, which is free to join, so signing up costs nothing before you lock anything in.
Beach first: Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic is taking 15% off a one-night stay or 20% off a four-night stay for travel between December 13 and January 10, 2027, provided you book by December 31. In Costa Rica, the clock is tighter — book Hyatt Centric San José Escazú by October 20 and you'll save 25% on stays through October 31. That one is best suited to anyone already planning a short-notice city break in the capital's Escazú district.
Ski country gets a look in too. Hyatt Centric Park City in Utah is running a Stay More, Save More offer through March 31 that bundles a $100 hotel credit with complimentary parking — handy during the winter season, when Park City's parking and resort credits can otherwise add up quickly.
Over in Japan, Hyatt Centric Kanazawa has a Stay as You Are Pride offer with up to 10% off plus a free cocktail per guest, for bookings made by December 30. Kanazawa is one of Japan's most rewarding smaller cities — preserved geisha and samurai districts, Kenroku-en garden and a serious seafood scene — and it pairs neatly with the country's increasingly popular Alpine and coastal routes.
Finally, Hyatt Centric Melbourne's Live Like a Local package is the most generous of the lot: for stays through January 15, 2027 (booked by December 31), guests get a room upgrade, daily breakfast buffet, late check-out, welcome treats, a complimentary matcha and $11 aviation cocktails. Australian summer sits nicely against a Northern Hemisphere winter escape, so the long booking window makes this a realistic option for a January sunshine break.
Why it matters: these are brand-wide deals rather than flash sales, which means availability should be reasonably good — but the deadlines genuinely differ. The Costa Rica rate is the only one that expires this month, while the Santo Domingo, Melbourne and Kanazawa offers all run into late December. If you're flexible on destination, it's worth comparing which deadline fits your planning style: commit now for Costa Rica, or book a summer-at-Christmas stay in Melbourne with months to spare. And remember that every one of these is member pricing, so the free World of Hyatt signup is step one regardless of where you land.
For travellers weighing a city-plus-nature trip, Park City and Kanazawa are the standouts — both are compact, walkable bases with serious food scenes, and each offer adds real value on top of the room rate.
