Dubai's outdoor season has arrived, and with it the annual wave of pool day deals across the city's hotels and beach clubs. A newly updated roundup lists 50 options, ranging from sky-high infinity pools to family-friendly beach strips, with entry prices starting as low as Dhs99.
On Palm Jumeirah, Beach by FIVE is among the cheapest ways in: Dhs100 on weekdays and Dhs150 at weekends, fully redeemable against food and drink, with a 150-metre private beach and a glass-lined pool thrown in. Nearby SĀN Beach charges Dhs300 per sunbed (also fully redeemable), while the Miami-inspired The 305 keeps things easy at Dhs200 midweek and Dhs250 on weekends.
Downtown, the Address Dubai Mall's 12th-floor infinity pool delivers Burj Khalifa views for Dhs200 on weekdays or Dhs300 at weekends, redeemable in full. The Four Seasons DIFC rooftop pool with glass walls runs Dhs300, also fully credited to food and drink.
The livelier end of the scale includes WET Deck at W Dubai – The Palm, an adults-only setup with a swim-up bar at a flat Dhs150 daily, and La Piscina at Palazzo Versace, which layers on ladies' days, a Saturday pool party and Sunday brunch, with entry from Dhs100 for women midweek. At the premium end, High Society at The Lana in Business Bay — chef Jean Imbert's rooftop with the UAE's largest champagne list — charges Dhs500 on weekdays and Dhs700 on weekends, only Dhs150 of it redeemable, and requires advance booking.
J1 Beach in Jumeirah stacks up several picks: Greek-inflected Sirene Beach by Gaia from Dhs200 on weekdays, French Riviera import African Queen with sunbeds at Dhs350, and Amalfi-themed La Baia with beds from Dhs250, all redeemable in varying degrees. Over at JBR, Riva Beach Club remains the family default at Dhs99 Monday to Thursday with a kids' pool, while Playa Pacha at FIVE LUXE offers free pool and beach access Monday to Thursday, views of Ain Dubai included. Further out, Meliá Desert Palm sits on a 64-hectare polo estate, a quieter escape at Dhs180 midweek.
Worth watching: redemption rules vary a lot. Some venues credit your full entry fee to food and drink; others only a portion — African Queen credits Dhs100 on weekdays but nothing on weekends, and Be Beach at Dubai Harbour redeems Dhs150 of a Dhs250–350 fee. Always check before booking.
For travellers, this is one of the smartest value plays in an expensive city: a Dhs100–300 fee that doubles as dining credit gets you a five-star pool, a lounger and often beach access for a full day — a fraction of what a hotel room at the same property would cost. The season runs through the cooler months, roughly October to April, before the summer heat makes lounging less appealing.
