Singapore's Waterway Point has gone full Bellygom. The mall in Punggol is hosting a summertime takeover dedicated to Bellygom, the cheeky pink bear character from Korea, running now until 1st November 2026 — and there's a surprising amount packed into one shopping centre.
The centrepiece is hard to miss: a 7-metre-tall Bellygom inflatable standing in The Plaza, surrounded by curated photo spots and themed chillout zones styled like a beach hangout. There's also an inflatable pool filled with oversized beach balls to bounce around, which should keep kids busy while parents cycle through the photo ops.
Families with younger children get their own zone at Happy Park on Level 2, the rooftop playground, which has been given a full Bellygom makeover. Mini inflatables are dotted around both the wet and dry play areas — there's a mini scavenger hunt element too, with Bellygom cut-outs hidden throughout the space to spot.
The event rotates through different corners of the mall, so timing matters. From 2nd to 18th October, The Cove hosts a retail corner selling merch across the cute-spectrum: t-shirts for kids and adults, bags, stationery, plushies, plus bedtime gear like pyjamas, pillows and blankets. Games and workshops run alongside — Bellygom-themed tic tac toe and hopscotch, and a tracing activity where you draw the bear using a lightbox. Then from 19th to 25th October, Village Square takes over with the Belly Bouncy Fun inflatable play area and a second giant inflatable. Entry to the bounce zone requires a $30 spend in a single in-mall transaction, which gets kids a 25-minute session.
Fans should also note the mascot meet-and-greet dates: 10th and 31st October at The Plaza, 17th October at The Cove, and 24th October at Village Square.
There's free stuff on the table too, if you're spending anyway. From 18th September to 8th October, $150 in spending (max three same-day receipts; $200 if supermarket transactions) gets you a limited edition Bellygom Shopping Bag, with an extra $100 spent unlocking a $10 FRx Gift Card. From 9th October to 1st November the headline redemption swaps to a limited edition Bellygom Thermal Flask, on the same spend thresholds.

Waterway Point sits right on Punggol's waterfront, so this makes an easy half-day family outing: let the kids burn energy in the play zones, grab lunch at the mall, then walk off the afternoon along the waterway. Everything is indoors or shaded, which matters in Singapore's weather, and the rotating schedule means you can pick your week based on whether your crew wants merch, bounce time, or a mascot photo. Just keep your receipts together if you're chasing the freebies — the redemption rules are strict about same-day transactions.
