Singapore's Marina Bay is about to become a five-month pop-up dining circuit. From November 2026 through March 2027, a new programme called 'A Moment to Savour' will stage a run of one-off restaurant collaborations pairing some of the city's most decorated kitchens with big-name chefs from Seoul to Bangkok to Belgium.

The series is backed by Visa together with the Marina Bay precinct partners — Marina Bay Sands, UOB and the Singapore Tourism Board — as part of Visa's Destinations platform. The idea is simple: dining is one of the biggest drivers of travel spend, and Singapore wants to lean harder into its reputation as one of Asia's great food cities.

The calendar is packed with heavyweight pairings. It opens in November with a two-night dinner at Marina Bay Sands joining one-Michelin-starred Waku Ghin with two-starred MOSU Seoul, the restaurant of chef Anh Sung-Jae — familiar to many as a head judge on Netflix's Culinary Class Wars. December brings three events: Jin Ting Wan teaming up with Jing Xi Hui's chef Du Jianqing, a 16-hands collaboration at The Black Pearl (Odeon 333) where chef Dee Chan hosts seven guest chefs from top Chinese restaurants, and Labyrinth's Han Li Guang cooking alongside Masque's Varun Totlani.

The new year continues the streak. January sees Saint Pierre's Emmanuel Stroobant host Taian Table's Christiaan Stoop. In February, Peach Blossoms at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay runs a six-hands dinner with Nusara's Thitid 'Ton' Tassanakajohn and Dej Kewkacha, named Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2025. March closes with three marquee nights: JAAN by Kirk Westaway with NOBUO's Nobu Lee, Odette's Julien Royer with L'air du Temps' San Degeimbre, and 1887 by André Chiang at Raffles with a visiting chef still to be announced.

Access is tiered around card ownership. UOB Reserve and Visa Infinite cardholders get first crack on 28 October 2026 from 10am, followed by wider UOB Visa presales, then global Visa Infinite from 29 October, and general Visa cardholder sales from 30 October at 2pm SGT. Seats are limited, so food-focused travellers should move fast — bookings for the November and December dinners opened 28 October. Details are at destinations.visa.com/singapore, with 2027 line-ups to follow later.

For visitors, the appeal goes beyond the dinner table. Marina Bay packs the waterfront skyline, Gardens by the Bay, premium shopping and the National Gallery into one walkable precinct, so a booked dinner can anchor an entire Singapore long weekend. Cardholders also get linked perks across hotels, dining and attractions in the area.

If you're a foodie planning a trip, the sweet spots are the February six-hands dinner (Thai star power plus a top pastry chef) and the March double bill of Odette and 1887 by André — but expect every seat to be contested. Non-Visa travellers may find resale or remaining inventory thin, so it's worth building a trip around whichever night you can actually book.
