LEGO fans with kids in Singapore, mark your weekends. Toys“R”Us is running LEGO’s Make & Take Kids Activity, where children aged 6 to 12 can build a mini LEGO race car and take it home — completely free. It’s timed to coincide with F1 season, and it runs across six mall outlets on weekends from late September through 25 October 2026.

If the format sounds familiar, that’s because LEGO has done this before in Singapore. Earlier in the year, adults got their turn with a Botanicals Bloom Bar pop-up at Raffles City around Valentine’s Day, where visitors could assemble a free LEGO rose. This one is strictly for the younger crowd, and the F1 theme makes it an easy add-on to a race-weekend family outing.

The logistics are simple but worth noting. Each child gets one redemption only, and it’s first come, first served while stocks last — no bookings, so turning up early genuinely matters. Sessions run from 12pm to 4pm on both days of each event weekend. Here’s the full rotation:

Two locations run simultaneously only in the second weekend of October; the rest are single-venue events, so double-check which mall you’re heading to before promising the kids a race car.
