Dubai's creekside pop-up scene gets its big autumn moment again: Marsa Boulevard opens its third season on Friday, October 30, 2026, along the water at Marsa Al Khor near Dubai Festival City Mall. Entry is free, and the timing lines up neatly with the arrival of the city's outdoor weather.

The concept is simple and very Dubai: a curated open-air strip of restaurants, cafés, fashion and beauty pop-ups, and art installations, all set against a backdrop of dhows gliding past on the creek. Each season gets a theme, and this year's is 'My heart is happiest with you.' One tradition stays put — the nightly 8pm banner drop, which has become something of a signature moment.

The vendor list is long and heavy on names the city already knows. On the food and drink side, expect Fynd, Marmellata, Nuwa, Home Bakery, Brooki, Klay, Lune, Porto, Curly House, Bkry, Meligreek, Badou, Foam, Trio, Sadeem, Little Somewhere, Public, Nac, On and for a while coffee, plus Matcha Club for the green-tea faithful and hand-rolled sushi among the offerings. Beauty and fashion get their own lane this season, with pop-ups from Rare Beauty, Le Labo, Loewe and Jean Paul Gaultier, alongside wellness and customisation corners.

For travellers, this is one of the better free evening plans in Dubai between late October and spring. You can wander in without a booking, graze your way through several vendors in one night, and enjoy creekside alfresco dining without resort prices. It also pairs well with a visit to Dubai Festival City Mall next door, which runs its own evening light-and-fountain show on the water. Organisers say more vendors and updates will be announced as the season rolls on, so it's worth checking @marsaboulevard before you go.

Third seasons usually tell you something — the formula has clearly worked, and this edition looks like the fullest line-up yet. If your trip falls anywhere between November and March, an evening here is an easy, budget-friendly way to see the creekside side of the city that the marina postcards tend to leave out.
